puppy’s first groom

Our Puppy Intro Sessions are designed to give young dogs the best possible start to their grooming journey. In a calm, playful environment, we gently introduce your pup to the sights, sounds & sensations of the salon. From handling & playtime, to getting familiar with tools like brushes, clippers & dryers.

Each session includes a soothing bath, a soft fluff dry, & light maintenance such as nail trimming & ear cleaning, all carried out at your puppy’s pace.

With one-on-one attention, plenty of treats & lots of encouragement, we focus on building confidence and creating positive associations, so future full grooms feel natural, stress-free & enjoyable.

We recommend two puppy intro sessions, before booking their first Full Groom.
